Instructions and Help about fed ex freight bol form
>>The FedEx freight box offers the simplicity of small package shipping with the protection and security of freight shipping. It allows you to easily ship freight for a flat rate without classifying your shipments. And while shipping the freight box is simple, so is assembly. The FedEx freight box comes in two sizes, standard and small. To assemble the standard box, place the unerected, pre-glued in-fold tray on a skip. The standard box does not include a pallet, so you'll need to provide one. Fold up the sides of the tray. This is the bottom of your box. Take the three sided panel, and place it inside the bottom tray. Now you can load your items into the box. Next, take the single sided panel, and place it inside the tray around your contents. This panel should fit inside the three sided panel. Once all panels are inside the bottom tray, carefully fold up the sides of the other in-fold tray and place it on top of the panels. Each box comes with its own banding kit, including four straps, four securement buckles, and assembly instructions. Your freight box is now complete. Before shipping, remember to band the entire unit vertically to the skid with four straps. You can also wrap film around the box horizontally for extra support. This step is not required for shipment, but the wrap provides extra security and support. If you're using the smaller freight box, assembly is still simple. First, cut the bands around the unassembled box. Remove the unattached out-fold cap from the skid and set it aside. Lift up the attached main body and open by pulling out the three inner flaps. Fold in the straight edged flaps, then fold in each notched flap, so that they sit outside the straight edged flaps. Set the assembled body flat onto the skid, making sure it fits square. You can now load your contents into the box. Now grab the out-fold cap and pull up the sides to open. Place the inverted out-fold cap onto the box, with the edge on the outside. Each box comes with its own banding kit, including four straps, four securement buckles, and assembly instructions. Before shipping, band the entire unit vertically to the skid with four straps. You can also wrap the box horizontally with film for extra support. This step is not required for shipment, but the wrap provides extra security and support. The FedEx freight boxes were made to make freight shipping as easy as possible. Now that you know how to assemble the boxes, you can take advantage of our flat rates without classification.
